October is a funny month, we have lots the first and last week but some weeks are fairly quiet with only around 20 -30 people from cancuncare at the hotel. Cruise dates are planned for the following dates: Friday October 5th Wednesday October 17th Wednesday October 24th (note 27th has now been cancelled with additional dates either side) Monday October 29th Wednesday October 31st with the first cruise in November being Sunday November 4th Cruises open up for deposits one month ahead, the deposit is $25pp with the balance of $45pp payable on the day. We need a minimum of 25 deposits received to confirm the cruise. If one week before the scheduled date we are short of the 25 then everyone gets their deposits refunded and the cruise is cancelled - although we haven't had to cancel any this year so far.

It's been suggested that we move the 31st cruise to 1st Nov, due to it clashing with the hotel Halloween party. However, I know that some folks leave the 1st and wont get the chance to go at all if we move the date. Please post your opinion and I'll look in a week or two and go with the majority.
