GO DEB! You have all the reasons in the world to do it but the only one that counts is for yourself. I felt good last trip but this one not so much. I will join you all back here when I get back a little fatter and be starting again so I can feel great in April. I did end up down 3-4 lbs but no where where I want to be. See you all here soon and maybe I can pull another 2lbs out before the weekend.
i really feel guilty!! i have no excuse except i love food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if i kept track of the smit that goes into my mouth without even thinking about it i would be horrified!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so just to keep it real i will try to be better! you guys are great! youll make it!! just remember to have fun!!
Well we started.. yes we Jeff is joining me, though it was a short work out it was somthing... Yipee lets get this party started...
The scale was kind to me this morning. Pretty close to what I was before last weekend's pig roast. So I'm making this my starting point. Today is C-0 (current weight minus zero) and in 8 weeks I will be at C-15 (or more). Worked out and ate well so far - hope to get a 5 km run in later. First hurdle is tomorrow with a wedding and the following reception at an Irish pub. All my weaknesses can be found in an Irish Pub - appetizers, beer, and red heads. The first two would be bad for my weight and the last would be bad for my marraige. Wish me luck
So the quest to drop 15 lbs before Halloween got off to a poor start as I am up slightly. However, after a weekend that consisted of 4 days of travel and two wedding receptions, I guess it could have been worse. Goal C-15 Today C+.5
I had a great weekend.. I was at the lake as usual but .. ate well, worked out both Sat and Sun, no alcohol and... drum roll........down 5 lbs now if I can just keep it up!...
