This will be our first trip to Temptation. We will be going Jan. 22-29 2013 and were wondering what the fun is like at that time. It sounds like fun anytime but it seems like not alot of Cacuncare members go at this time. Any reason why not. We like to get out of here mid-winter for a break. (my question mark key does not want to work)
We are going to be there Jan 24-31, and we have been 13 times. Don't worry it's lots of fun whenever you go. People are what make it fun!!!
Will be there at that time too! Hello.. This is going to be our first time at Temptation and will be there the same time as you guys. We have friends from outta town meeting us there as well. Soo looking forward to it! We have been to Mexico before in Jan and the only thing that i am not a fan of is that the sun goes down a lil early..and when we were there 2 years ago it was a lil chilly at night. Our friends that our meeting us there were in Mexio last Jan and they said the weather was great. I am sure it will be great now matter what, anywhere but in the snow and cold ill be happy. I am not going to lie I am a little nervous on what to except there, but all the reviews seem to be great and everyone has so many great things to say about this place that i think its going to be a blast.
January is a big month for cancuncare members. It's particularly popular with your fellow Canadians. I find that most people plan and start to get excited about their trip around 3 months out, so it's a little early yet for lots of people to be talking about Jan. But come December the forum will be very busy with those traveling in Jan. At the end of this month the Jan roll call will go up and you'll start to see a lot more chat for that timeframe, so dont give up on us yet!
We agree with Steve... we've been to TTR in January twice and it was great both times. There are a ton of cancuncare members that go then and just as Steve suggests, the excitement starts to pick up around Thanksgiving. Weather was for the most part great with a day or two exception.
Is that your Thanksgiving or ours.(jk) We've been excited since we been reading about Temptation in June. It sounds impossible not to have fun. Is participation in the theme nights still good in Jan? and Is there still a pool open at night in Jan? Some people say the pool gets chilly. Sorry about the attempt at humour at the start.
I've been the last 3 years in January, normally mid month from around the 14-21st type area...it's a great time, great group of people!
We had so much fun last January, we are planning on heading back. We slept through Lingerie night but pretty much everyone participated in white night.
