Still working at it, I wish I could say I was down 42 lbs. Lol so far am stalled but still trying. I am gonna have to figure out a work out that works with this shitty knee of mine.
Thank you. It's only something that I should have never stopped doing 10 years ago. And the timing was good for me - my life is not incredibly busy right now and I have no "significant aches and pains". Getting up at 4:15 am or spending 2 hrs at the gym shows incredible commitment (and a bit of insanity). If you can keep it up, you will be ripped by February. There is an outside chance that I will be there to check you out. If I would have to deal with the pain that Kim and especially Monique are dealing with, I would be done. This is hard enough to do with the minor aches that I was enduring and mine eventually faded. I wish I had some great advice to offer, but you guys have been here before. By the way Kim, I have not forgotten our bargain. I have have lived up to my part so far so you better get your ass in gear.
Well this morning I was down 2 but then how crap pot luck lunch at work so I think that is all screwed up.
yep up and down up and down should stay off the roller coaster wieght loss crap!! lose it and stay on track. ha ha i always say that, and well here i go again. well im doing my best, so thats all i can do right now. good thing no one knows and dont give a shit!!! just trying to lose the 5 more its slow going. have company tonight will just have to cook, and not eat that stuff. salad yum!!
...finally got down to my six-pack abs!........ if they just weren't covered up with this "case of beer BELLY!"
stuck at the same so dont feel bad! hell almost makes me want to give up!!!!!!!!!but i wont the magic wieght fairy will come along and grant me my one wish!! ha ha yea right! oh well deep going see what happens. just getting nervous only 2 weeks left!
ok wearing a 6 today baggy good!!! dreaded back waistband gap. but ok, i will roll with that. now to get the scale to move in the right direction. at the gym last night i seemed to have endless energy. could of stayed on the eliptical all night!! hopefully i feel that way today. if i have a stressfull day then i wont have the energy. so hopeing that it stays mellow!! best to all who are giving it heck!!!
well, I got the green light to go back to the gym.. its been 3 weeks or so since I worked out.. no doubt starting from scratch again but ya gotta start somewhere!..
well guys, less then 24 hours until I'm leaving for Cancun and I'm less than a pound from my goal, so I say that is close enough for me! 15.2 pounds loss and I feel great! Hope everyone else is doing just as well and continues getting and feeling better!
