Hey Jeff and Beth! We've generally found the best time to go in November is the first week of October. While not technically in the Toronto area (Edmonton), hopefully we're close enough that our suggestion carries some weight...Shauna and Steve

Yeah, we're looking at the 21st as a possibility... flight times are good and the price is decent. I think it may fall a little more, so we're holding out...
