I think a cruise is usually confirmed once over 25 people have sent a deposit. I think the message with the link to send a deposit doesn't appear until around a month before the scheduled cruise, so it is still way too early for even the provisional dates to be out yet - this is more a pre-provisional note to see what dates others would be interested in.
