how many people fit in a the room...

So we are looking into staying with another couple while we are there next year. The thought is to share the room but everything we can find on the TTR website and on Alpharooms is that you can't select anything more than 3 people per room.

What is the max people you can reserve for while staying. I am pretty sure the rules don't apply while you are there seeing how many room parties there are. How do you go about reserving the room for 4 people/2 couples and can you do it online?

 

My understanding is that you cannot book more than 3 people in a room.

Which doesn't even make much sense, as if you have 2 double beds, you can sleep 4 people as easily as three (the desirability of having 4 adults sharing 1 room is a whole different question).

 

On our last trip they let us put 4 in one room no problem. It was through a time share though, not a travel website. Best bet is to email/call the website you are trying to book through and see what they say. The hotel does allow it.

I believe there is an alpharooms employee that is on the boards if you do some searching you could ask her.

 

We did four people before no problem through alpharooms as well

:icon_biggrin:Nah Karen, we know this cpl VERY WELL! :69: We're not trying to spend every waking moment together, but to try and save a lil cash. We have no problem being around each other in any circumstance so it would work out amazingly if we can find a way to do it.

I had been trying to go through Alpharooms but the second you enter in 4 people as the quantity you want, then Temptation disappears from their choice list. Just seems a lil sketchy.

Now, as to how many people you can fit into a room...

I would be interested to hear from some people the number they have fit into a room...into a hottub...into a shower....into a bed....


Max we had in our room was like 12 people.

Max in our shower was 3...

Bed was 4.....

Didn't have a hot tub.

 

You wouldn't want ME to be one of the four in your room...you wouldn't get ANY hangers and forget about getting any bathroom time lol

Good for you if you guys can all get along 4 to a room and save some $$!

 

Ha! Yeah I have read that bout you. What did you pack last time? Wasn't it like 200 pairs of shoes and 5 suitcases full of clothes? Slight hyperbolation. It would be a blast to hopefully meet you this trip if we cross over on our time. You April addicts seem to be having all the fun! LOL

 

Bah...I like to chirp about being high maintenance, but I'm really not that bad. I'm not even buying an extra baggage allowance for my September trip! I DO bring a lot a shoes, though...at least 10 pairs. But several of those are just for the theme nights (and thus not a reliable indicator of whether I am high maintenance or not ha ha).

Would be great if you could join the Addicts in 2013! Just come a week later than you did last year. I'm hoping to be there mid-month if all the planets align and I clear some pesky work commitments off my calendar.
