well no strippers at the party sat. oh well. but sounds like a pretty fun lineup of games though. also a beer bong dong!! i guess its not very size correct! ha ha ha. well went to the gym again, diddnt get on the scale as i ate pizza yesterday. only one piece, which was hard for me!! five weeks, i had best make the best use that i can out of them!! its not that i dont get plenty of excercise all year, but not the same as working out.

I haven't posted for almost 8 months. I've recently had surgery and wasn't allowed to do any working out for 8 weeks. Well yesterday was 8 weeks and I'm eager to get back into the gym. I'm just unsure of where to begin to not undo what was surgically done. I need to be bikini ready for my return to TTR in Dec. Any ideas?
Denise first I would check with your doctor what they reccomend and advise. After that if how I would set up my new program. I would imagine light cardio would be a good place to start. Again though I would not do anything until you speak to your doctor.
yeah.. that's the best advise, your doc should have told you if there are restrictions.. cardio is fine for sure.. just work your self up to the level of work out you want to be .. it takes time.. part of it is fear you'll undo what was done.. so just take it easy.. something is better than nothing. :aktion033:
ok weekend went good. bach. party was fun. i fit the size 6 shorts with room to spare, liked that alot!!! legs shaping up!! still have a ways to go, but felt encouraqged!! so gym again all aeek, watch what and how much i eat, keep it healthy and i think i will be happy by sept!!!! i dont think i will make the 130 mark thats way to much to expect, but the 140 should be doable. crossing my fingers and a couple of toes too just for good measure.
Doc says I can do cardio, walking etc. light weights. Hold off on Zumba. I never thought I would ever say "I miss the gym" .....
