i guess im a little spoiled by the April/May roll calls...................but this thread is going way to slow :banghead::banghead: we usually go may and october and i always stress out by the lake of participation on cancuncare from the october peeps but i then remember how many "virgins" we meet at the resort :aktion033::aktion033: Even last year with the "weather" the place rocked and we had a great time.:musik026: but it is a little sad to log in and see no new posts for over 24 hours :cry::cry:
If I can speak for some of the Canadians and other northerners - It's August! We get two months of really nice weather and this is one of them. We need to get our fishing, swimming, BBQing, camping, cottaging etc in these two month. When the chill is back in the air, we will be all over this.
This is true... up here in Northern BC we only have another week or two and the frost will start hitting at night time. Then it'll be time to start wishing for Temptation Time!
I can not even begin to imagine it being that cold in August here in Texas. We are usually hitting highs around 100-108 right now and lows only in the 80s.
October We are newbies to TRR. Just booked for OCt 26 - Nov 2. Will be celebrating hubby's 40th bday on the 1st. Looking forward to meeting some cool people and chilling. :aktion069:
Welcome Christy & Brad! We arrive the day after you. Last year my wife (Lisa) celebrated her 40th birthday here on the 1st! We are heading back to ring in her 41st. (She really thinks she is still 39 cause she turned 40 in Mexico which does not count in the US) Just keep in mind that we will all be partying in our Halloween costumes at the stroke of midnight when your birthday arrives. Last year Lisa started a Birthday Conga line at midnight in her French Maid outfit.
