Thinking about our first trip to TTR and wondering what percentage of women go topless. Don't mind seeing it, just never done it myself. Wouldn't mind going topless as long as there's love for us little ones, not packing the DDs.
I would say it is about 25% in the morning and the percentage goes up as the day goes on usually ending around 75% or more topless. My wife doesn't bring tops...
I'd agree. Less first thing in the morning and progressively more as the day goes on. And they are there in every size. The motto there is "no one knows you and no one gives a shit". You'll have fun regardless of whether you go topless or not. One of the best things we heard was go home regretting something you did, not something you wish you had done.
We were in the same boat as you when we first went. What my wife took a few days to realize was that there was no pressure to wear a top, or pressure if you didn't. That led her to trying and and when she did not get Oogled she tried getting bolder and walked up to get a drink...when she got back she was laughing becuase no one really looked at her other than to acknowledge she was there (no gawking, or comments). After that she pretty much went topless for the rest of the trip and on our second trip dropped the top for most of the trip...only put it on when we went for lunch. Also, there is every body shape and age under the sun...the "pretty people' are the minority...the crowd is simply normal early to late middle aged folks with a common attitude. The "nobody knows you...nobody gives a shit' ...really means "you won't be judged" so relax and colour outside your comfort lines a bit Are there the odd guy gawking...yep but they are so in the minority that they stick out like the losers that they are...and most recoginze them and they look kind of pathetic really. You may have noticed that I did not explicitly answer your question about boob size ...your body is your body and what you have is what you show...there is no judgment...that implies a certain shape is right. Personally, I like smaller boobs...but that is just my taste. This is about being comfortable and letting it all hang out so to speak...the parts that you hang out are out there for your benefit ...not to be judged by others...and that is the main difference of this place and the very foundation of the attitude.

I'd agree with that 25% early, say before 11:00 a.m. or so, then when the sun's heat starts to hit, it very quickly jumps up to what I'd say is the 75%, and by 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on, there is hardly ever a top to be seen. But, there is no peer pressure to go topless, if you wanted to keep the top up, do so, and no worries.
We went last year at this time , and I only remember one or two ladies that kept them on. I remember the 1st day we sat down at the pool and I was honestly wondering if I would feel comfortable taking the top off. But after 3 or 4 girls sat next to me a were whipping theirs off ... I thought what the heck.. let's do this thing. Do what ever makes you feel comfortable it's vacation.
