music at TTR I have been hearing mixed signals about the music. Some say that the DJ only plays irritating techno all day long. Others say that the DJ plays the same playlist over & over. It was even suggested that you bring a list of songs to the DJ with a tip to hear what you want. Is there any truth to any of this, what are yall thoughts on this subject?
It seemed to me that the DJs played the same songs over and over, with a heavy emphasis on Pit Bull, EXCEPT the one Pit Bull song that I really love! I tipped the DJ at the sexy pool and told him which Pit Bull song I wanted, but he never played it. He did, however, play a few other songs that I requested. I liked the music, so it was no big deal to me.
So true about "I gotta feelin". We heard it the other day and when I looked at T she just started laughing. We haven't been to a club in years so didn't know many of the songs but liked the music just fine. Even my shy little T wants to learn the Wobble now.
Even if you aren't a fan of the music that they play at TTR I guarantee you will smile and have a little more swagger in your step when you hear any of those songs back home. Just loaded my iPod up with a TTR mix for my pre trip workout playlist.
We loved the music and it wasn't dance music all the time, after the lingerie show in nice shoes it was fifties music! The place emptied out pretty fast if that says anything. It's good to listen to music you wouldn't ordinarily be exposed to, we had no idea what the "Wobble" was let alone how to dance to it. Thank's to Chocolate Couples btw. And the latin music is great, no idea what they're saying but you can dance all night to that stuff! We had the DJ burn a couple of CD's and now we have our own little sexy pool music on "Naked Sundays". Now we just need a bunch of semi naked drunk people and we'd be on our way tee hee.
Jeff, One missing from our video collection, and I will be sure to have it loaded it for you next time!! Another missing classic.
Here's the instructional video for those wanting to learn the dance before ya go. Or don't be shy, get on out there and someone will help ya learn on the dance floor. Trust me it WILL get played and YOU WILL wanna wobble. Fun times!
