We are still a little flexible on our dates in February and are wondering if any of you have a preference on which day of the week is the best for checking in? We are staying 5 nights and was just wondering if it's better to stay over the weekend (Friday - Wednesday, or arrive at the beginning of the week and leave on the weekend (Monday - Saturday). I've read many trip reports saying which days at the resort are typically more crowded, or have better activities and would like to know if there are certain nights that are "must do's" for first timers (I.e., Monday night Coco Bongo or Saturday pool parties). Feel free to shout out your favorite days of the week to be there (and which ones are not to be missed if you only have to choose 5)! All thoughts are appreciated! Thanks, Mrs. Jack
It depends on if you are going to stay the trip, entire thing, at TTR or leave to go to the party zone (e.g. Coco Bongo, Senor Frog's, City, etc.). If you're going to stay at the resort, it has felt to me like the best nights to be there are Sunday through Thursday (if you're a participating CCC person), because you'll probably get a naughty schoolgirl night, some sort of sheer night or girls in Guy's dress shirt's night and a lingerie night. If you like to go elsewhere, the weekend seems to be cool, too. Hard to beat the club scene in Cancun on the weekend, really.
Leave on the weekend (Monday - Saturday) is our advice. Although we prefer the Saturday - Saturday schedule (7 nights), 5 nights just isn't enough usually.
Maybe it's me, but it seems like most of the boobs cruises are during the week - so if you really want to do that, then I would go for week days. My favorite night is lingerie night because people usually stay in it all night and it's fun to see people dressed up. Right now, that night is Thursday night, but that could always change - that's what happens in Mexico, things change. Either way - you will have a fantastic time if you take the time to get to know people from CCC. Have fun! ~Jill~
The best day is Monday,, but so is Tuesday and Wednesday, and of course Thursday is a great day to book in too, and if you cant make those days Friday , Saturday, and Sundays are great too.
I go with the cheepest it dount matter with day you check In as long as your there you will have A good time
On a more sceptical note, I'd say a weekday would probably be better for getting a better room. Lots of people book for weekend, so it seems that they run out of rooms on weekends frequently. Unfortunately we can only book in on a weekend this trip because we can't afford to spare any days off work!
I always like beginning of the week to check in. It's still possible to get reservations, and meet lots of ppl before it heats up Thursday, Friday, Saturday
