FIRST IMPRESSION!! (more experiences will be added to this thread)

Allright,i don't know where to begin,landed around 4 30 ,customs was like hell!! waited about an hour,custom agent before she stamps! was so fucking mean! she asked me like tons of questions.anyways she finally stamps my passport then i got my suitcase on my way out to exit this 2 guys at door were asked to check my bags and suitcase i was like wtf? i just got it checked.!! then he was talking to me spanish, i said dude i don't speak spanish and he goes well you don't look american.. what a fucking idiot.!!!

Anyways got out (finally) damn!!! the heat!!! it was really hot! and tons of dudes/girls holding these names and sort!! after the exit on the right side there is a refreshments, so i had one beer.

I wish i did set up a shuttle service that cost 9 bucks!! damn i had to pay 640 pesos! for taxi cab to get my hotel in cancun downtown.. the driver was nice though however DON'T USE THE CAB!!! IT'S SO DAMN EXPENSIVE! I SHOULD'VE TOOK STEVE'S ADVICE AND GOT HIS TRANSPORTATION that he suggested! ANYWAYS!!

ride took about 30 min , wow they drive really fast and crazy, nothing like back home!! you must watch carefully , i told my driver to take it easy. so he slowed down a bit, scene was great on the way my hotel. well finally arrived to my hotel very nice very decent people i like my room and services, food is great i'm very very happy here small pool but it's oke. very close to the mall!!
went out to coco bongo it was 60 bucks, i wasn't really satisfied with it then went a club across the street i can't recall its name it was like 20 bucks but hey, damn!!! i loved the scene free drink , if you take care of the bartender which i gave him 100 pesos on side he would refill my beer and drinks without asking, and even if i had guys infront of me waiting to get served! as soon as he sees me he would stop what he do and would fill my drink first!!...(if you take care of the bartender you earn their respect and their priority in club!! trust me ) i've maybe met 10 girls in 4 hours! and hanged out with 4 and finally around 4 in the morning i had my limits on alcohol!! damn!!! girls are fun and friendly if you know how to approach them surround them with your confidence and they'll let you in their circle)) anyways 1 of the girls name martha from colombia i went to her hotel which i won't say it here)) we had good time and morning i got back to my hotel, i woke up maybe like 2 o'clock afternoon , i've had a massive head ache,, i basically hanged out at the mall all day today she just got to my hotel and ready to go cafe mambo to shine my legs with some salsa music.
well. story will continue that's it for now. i'll be adding some crazy pictures of how i roll.)) wait))

AND I KEEP A FRESH FRUITY GUM SO I KEEP MY BREATH CLEAN(NOT THAT I HAVE A BAD BREATH IT JUST ADDS MORE TO YOU) HOWEVER THEY'LL LIKE YOU AS LON AS YOU LET THEM!!! SO DON'T BE A DICK HEAD LET IT FLOW AND IT WILL COME TO YOU!! DON'T BE SHY!!!! YOU SHY YOU LOOSE THEM. NO GIRL IS GONNA WALK UP TO YOU AND WANNA DANCE OR WHATEVER.

The Taxi ...how long did it take to get one
I just want to go ASAP from the airport to my Hotel
I am guessing the Grand Oasis is in the Hotel zone or whatever
How long is that from the airport

I am going with two other friends....so we don't care of we drop 50 bucks or so for a Taxi...as long as it is easy to snag a ride quick from the airport

Oh that's fine then! however,, be very very carefull in hotel zone that don't pay them madafakas more then 100 pesos whatsoever. a local girl i know told me !!! they'll push you as much as they can i act like they are right !! but no!! for example from downtown to hotel zone you must never pay more then 100 pesos.!! if they say they can't they say thank you and get another cab!! i won't let them chew me up like that!!

 

Tuesday afternoon, i was in dentist yesterday ,got my tooth pulled out,they prepped my tooth for the impression,they will put a bridge on friday,I'm going to my dentist tomorrow again to get some more work done on my bottom tooth.They are pretty good and nice.price is really fair compare to florida.. Friday i'm also getting my laser whiteining after they install the bridge! and saturday i'm leaving around 2 oclock..

Anyways yesterday was a bit boring for me doctor prescribed me a few medications which i had to take and can't consume alcohol for 2 days (that sucked).So no more paying for the corrupted taxi drivers!! i asked the front desk about the bus routes that would take me to hotel zone area for 8 pesos! that's a huge savings compare to taxis which i've stupidly paid 250 pesos each ride!!! r27 on tulum or r1 from kukulkan ave i guess, i can get there anytime,, for 8 damn pesos!! buses are in oke condition just tell the driver or push the button when you wanna get off.. in downtown,cancun be very carefull crossing the streets they drive really fast and i almost got hit on monday on the way back to hotel from the mall!! damn!!...

In the mall it's almost impossible to speak english very little people speak english,and most of the time they have no idea what you saying, i understand it's their town not mine, however it's cancun you know!!! at least try to learn some.. I rarely saw tourist in the mall area(downtown cancun) most of the tourists are in the hotel zone. and yes prices are doubled there. when you make purchase first act like you are gonna pay with a credit card! if they say we don't take credit card, try to spot the merchant machine , if you see that!! tell them there it is.!! some time, they unplug it and tell you ohh it's not working,!! its out of service,(that's bullshit) it happened to me today!! in the mall.
i was gonna need a wrist band for my watch,and finally they found the right size!! she told me first it was 525 pesos for the stainless steel(i hope)wrist band for my armani watch! then i saw her picking up the wrist band from the section saying it was 125 pesos ,i told her it says 125pesos why you asking me 525 and was gonna leave and the guy next to her said ok ok. she made a mistake i was like ok. so then they installed my wrist band! and i told them ok i'd like to pay via credit card, he said it was broke or no working and i said, well ok then can i have my old wrist band back and take out the one that you installed, then the guy says ohhh ok let me see if i can make it work ,, then i waited for like a minute or two, guess what!,, the fucking machine was working, and before i slide my card!! i said hey, i'll give you cash if you'd take 100 peso instead 125 he said ohh no they can't ,, i said how come? you are gonna pay transaction fee anyways right? and then he thinks and says ok ok give me 100 ... and i said i don't want no receipt! so he can keep the money ))

Ok, the point is my friends always bargain! don't take the first offer walk around, my tactic is i approach them with credit card to pay then offer them cash if they'd give me a discount and it works!!
Never ever ever ever, pay more then 125 pesos from downtown to hotel zone!!! before you get in ask them how much they'll figure and say some price , then you told them this all i got and show them the money!!!! they'll take you!!!! if not let them go and stop another taxi!!!!!
Or at your hotel get the map bus routes and study them a little you'll save bunch of money..
Ohh beware at hotel zone area ,, there are guys around offers you drugs!!! don't even think about it..
Before you get in any club ,approach the edge of the clubs you gonna see people hanging out there talking chatting drinking, ask the dudes or girls in there how much they paid to get in and ask few others.. that way you'll know the honest cover charge!! coco bongo was like 60 dollars on saturday night, i didn't like it.! too crowded,i loved kongo, it's like 40 bucks to get in on saturday unlimited alcohol, hey always spot your bartender, give him 200 pesos in hand and tell him to remember you. you have no idea how important you become for him, he will take care of you all night and tell others to respect you when you get in again!!!! take care of your bartender and he will take care of you!!,,,,
watch out for shot girls!! it's like 65 pesos for a small shot of whatever and they expect you to pay 100 pesos DON'T DO THAT!!! tell them no nicely and look away if you look them in eye they'll push you to buy ,, DOn't!!! If you get one shot then other girls will target you ,, there are like 4-6 shot girls in kongo!!
they sometimes asks you if you could buy them the shots tell them not yet not yet, tomorrow they'll eventually gives up!!!...

Watch out for your drinks and hold them in your hand!! there are some local girls comes to club,and dances you!!(happened to me on monday) they smile at you and try to talk with you.if they have a really sexy clothes and make up on!! don't waste your time if you won't pay for a sex!! they are looking for quick money!!
