agreed. i filled this out and i still had to fill out much of the info i entered online at check-in. nice idea, not impressed with the execution
Hahah my friends had the, "We need to sit down and discuss a few things before you go to your room" check in. They let us drink though so it was ok considering we were already half in the bag.
Just completed the "early check-in". Whether it helps or not, I could care less. It does mean, however, we are under 2 weeks before our first time at TTR. 13 days to be exact. June 6th can't get her quick enough!
We were first timers and did Express Check-In. I have to admit that check-in was pretty fast but the front desk guy never asked if we had an Express Check-In confirmation and he seemed to pull our information out of the same pile of information that he pulled everyone else's out of it. Still, it's free, can't hurt, and we did have a room immediately (even though we arrived 1.5 hours before the 3 o'clock check-in).
Thats convenient knowing that setting up fro the express check in could help out with an "early" check in. Though TTR is a little different then most other vacation where you want to check in and get out of the hotel, it is still nice to get there get in your room and get settled.
Yes, look for the Express Check-In Link on the Temptation website within 15 days of your arrival date.
We've had good and bad experiences with it. Sometimes they seem to have it on file other times they don't. I always leave a few bucks with the guy checking me in and I never seem to have a problem getting the room I want.
Arturo is the man! He stops waiting on other customers and switches with the person helping us just to make sure we get what we want! He always remembers us by name! We usually will slip him a few bucks when he helps us!
