Both times we have stayed at TTR our room was on the first floor right behind Paty O’s. Back door takes you right out to the sexy pool. I think its perfect, but the wife is wondering if there are better options. Any input would be appreciated. Ken & Michelle:daveandmo:
It sounds like most of the rooms are very similar. The biggest difference we noticed is the shower set up. The room we had last year in the 5000 block had a very large shower area with 2 separate large shower heads. The room we had 2 years ago was a smaller shower and I don't remember if it had 1 or 2 shower heads. The biggest difference is location. Some people like to be by Patio's where it's all at and don't mind the noise. Others want to be away from Patio's so you can get a good quiet nights sleep after all the action.
Having stayed in just about every location of the hotel, I prefer the area behind pattyO's as well. If I dont stay in the premier section on the other side. Im all about location and ease of access and less stumbling distance at night and quick access to the pool in the morning.. My favorite section is the 3100's for members.
we stayed in the 5700's and it was nice and quiet, but you could get to the sexy pool pretty quick too. It had a view of the courtyard though, not ocean view. I think a view of the Sexy Pool would be better.
Same here, in my opinion section 3100 is the best, i request it every year, close (but not TOO close) to Paty-O, to the beach, and sliding door opens right out to the sexy pool.
Looking to book at TTR for th 1st time and want a room by the quiet pool. Are the ocean view rooms by the quiet pool or at least away from the bar? The booking sites only let you specify deluxe or ocean view. Thanks!

we also had a first floor room directly by paty o's....we loved it...close to the action and our sliding door opened up to the sexy pool....i would like to stay in the same building BUT be up a floor or two so we could have a better view of the activities....
