    Dammit, we just booked last week at a much higher rate. Time to see if I can cancel our package deal with Expedia and book the flight and hotel seperately without taking too much of a hit on the cancellation fees... has anyone here tried to cancel a package deal with Expedia before? If so, any insight or hints you can provide?

    ya know.. I dont do the booking Brewster does but i just went and looked and the site said price per person.. it was 500 and something .. and when you continue it comes to 1000, something .. wasnt it always for 2 people?.. i dont recall it saying price per person..

    Yup I just checked too. First page with all the hotels and the prices now days "price per person for whole stay" where as before it was for both..
    Still not bad a price for a party in paradise all inclusive.
    Very happy I got the deal though. :D

    It was at $52/night total during the original sale. Now it is $64/night per person.

    I just checked for us too. 500 some for a week, but it is Per Person. So little over a thousand. That was booking in October..boo.

    looks like alphrooms changed the way they post thier prices. saw the $450 for the week and got all excited!!! then saw that it was PER PERSON..lol
    i also booked on the sale and got $375 per week for TWO but i check everyday due to having friends that want to go if they offer something similar.

    had my heartrate going for a couple of minutes though. better than redbull in the morning. :headbanger:
