Stair Machine is the #1 I find to get/keep in shape. Started recently with 5 pound weights while on in each hand to increase the intensity and it works. I mean I can get into entire work out schedules, routines, classes on and on and on. I have a lot of info to give to everyone else and look forward to learning as well.
My workout schedule (certainly varies).... 3 Days on, 1 day off Cardio + Biceps + Back + abs Cardio + Legs + abs Cardio + Chest + Tris + abs Off Back to it
hmm that's interesting with the 3 days on and 1 off.. do you find that is better than giving yourself a one day recovery every second day in between.. one day muscle recovery has been drilled into my head.. do your muscles recover in the one day after the 3 days...
I'm really getting excited for my second trip during Labor Day! Lost 6 pounds and too many inches to count! Working out and doing these routines and drinking my shakes are making me feel so good!

This schedule is based in a perfect world so it typically doesn't work out exactly like that. If it does though, it is sort of 1 day off. I don't go intense on legs day, the intense or the upper body days which allows 1 full day of recovery in between. If I skip a day, its gonna be legs. I have found that using the stair machine as my primary cardio has kept my legs in decent shape all alone. Then I also try and do Yoga at least once a week, typically the tuesday class. If I can find the time I go thursday as well, it has been weeks since I hit 2 in one week. Now yoga is just added onto whichever of my regular 3 days falls on that day.
