Well Kim you are doing better than me. I should have never taken days off in Cancun. Crap I just can't seem to get it together and ever time I think hey I can work out, something gets in the bloody way. Well off the go outside with the neighbours. I only have 19 days to get my shit together. I need to drop some before my surgery.
If I stop drinking beer and get back to running my ~25 miles/week, I should be fine, I think. However, I don't see myself stopping the drinking of my fine Pilsners and excellent brown, sweet ales. So, I'm screwed, methinks.
17 days to get some weight off............WTF get me motivated, I can't go into surgery with all this weight and then sit around atfer. I did have a good work out today, so now I just need to get back to the pattern of doing it. Lol need a hard and fast 17 day diet here.
Ok everyone! I just signed up to become a coach on beachbody! It has been doing great for me! Lost lots of inches, gaining muscles, losing weight! I'll be coaching the shakeology challenge for July, 10 days, only have to 8 days of 30 minute cardio. It's a great boost to your exercise routine and a great way to get started! I am finding myself totally unmotivated. My surgery is next week and I am worried I will be eating and eating while being at home bored. Or maybe I will find my gym and work alot of upper body until I can work lower body. I am gonna try to find time to do the things that I never get time to do.
Good luck on the surgery next week sweetie. Sambuca may make you fall but I will catch in Calgary at Stampede. lol
you can work out after your surgery, let that knee heal that's the main thing.... my best advise is if you cant work out be more strict with your diet.. just keep it fresh and healthy.. good luck!!
