Do I need Mexican money or do they take American money? What do they take at the airport for the transfer? At the the resort? Do I need to stock up on Pesos? Thanks Mike
No Prob. You can spend USD any place, but you will get Pesos as your change. Have a great trip, We get in this Friday
If you get a reputable transfer company, you will be asked to pay in advance by a credit card (USA Transfers, Lomas Travel, etc...). Everyone in Cancun pretty much accepts USD, but you get crushed on the exchange rate in the smaller places and they only give you back pesos in change.
