Been to both and love them both... For different reasons. Hedo you need to hit with the right groups. Then the age levels comes down and the party is there. I thought the food was great actually. Their specialty restaurants are really good and the selection of grilled fish and chicken makes me, and my belly, happy. And the booze is better. Also they have a water slide. I love the water slide!!! Hedo is a mix of great people and a chill vibe. Night time the disco can be great, you just need to get Deen as the Dj and he will play whatever you want. Temptation has more energy though. All day and night house pumping, which I love. I dont stop moving. So its not the chill all day of hedo. And its sexier to be clothed, oddly enough.. Leaves something to the imagination. Not that I dont love to drop trow.. We know I do.. But the fact the majority are swayers at Temptation makes for the environment to be more heated.. Can't explain it right, but it is.. When everyone is nude, well it just is fun.. When people still have articles of clothing on its sexy. I like burlesque over just seeing a naked girl dance.. Lol The service is awesome at Temptation, and great at Hedo. The people are AWESOME at both. Hands down thats what makes both. Jamaica holds my heart. But when I wanna party its Cancun. I've never had an issue at Hedo.. Or at Temptation.. Damn shame about the water of Cancun, but we can't have everything.. Lol
We've wanted to try Hedo, but alas he we go on our third trip to TTR in August. How do you know what groups and when are going to Hedo?
I believe Denny P's travel has monthly calendars showing that info. Been there a ton of times, and yes there are older folks, but have never had trouble finding what we want there. (age wise)..
I dunno, going through some of these photo albums on here, I'd say the age thing is the same for Temptations as is Hedonism. Just about exact.
Hedo amigos (April) have a younger age group. Miss No Swimsuit in March, and love voodoo in March too.. And yes DennyP's board does have a visitor schedule. Also check out adulttravelforum.com Lots of info on hedo and not as many rules as Denny's board.
I've been to both Hedo's and had a great time.I do agree with what everyone here has said.Hedo II is the only one left.Go to their website to find out what's going on at the time you're thinking of going.
Been to both as well. As a couple in our early 30's we found it much easier to meet and socialize with people at Temptations. Temptations also has better food and activities. Temptation is typically cheaper as well. With that said Hedo does have a better beach and is still a cool place.
