We did the sensual couples massage in Cabos (when it was TTR). It was fantastic. I guarantee, you will both come out with a smile. What we enjoyed is not knowing anything about it other than it was very sensual. My sugesstion is go and let it happen. I expect a report after! LOL!
We didn't do the "sensual" massage, but did the regular couples massage. We have heard from several people that did the sensual massage that basically they rub you both down, run feathers over your body (everywhere), then push the tables together and leave the room for your own happy ending. I've heard mixed reviews on whether it was worth it or not. Hope that helps!
