Although he doesn't speak much English, his workmanship is exceptional. He has installed 4 mini-splits for us and also maintains our central air system. He is knowledgeable in both A/C and electrical. He was recommended to us by the folks we bought our house from. We've found his prices to be fair and his response time to be very reasonable. Mat, Libario Contreras is great and reasonable. His full time job is as an a/c guy for Fiesta Americana so you normally get him late afternoons or weekends. My friend Brian uses him for new construction and he has done work for me on a few occasions, a/c and other. My pump to get the water to the roof went out and he took care of that on a weekend. Only speaks Esp. 998 110 4795 I feel good recommending him and you can use my name if you decide to call him.
