Hi Folks...... Can anyone tell us if using the express check in on the TTR website have its advantages for when arriving at the resort? Does it save you any time? Do the staff take notice of any special requests you ask for, ie specific rooms etc etc. Many thanks in advance of any replies. Ben & Lisa
I'm sure it does not hurt but it really didn't seem to make a difference for us and still had to ask for a room change when we got there.
They have always honored my requests and my room was always ready and waiting after a 2 min. sign in. Temptation Rocks!
i have used it 3 times in the last year. once they had my request, the other two they had it stapled behind my check in and didnt even see it until i pointed it out when they asked me to fill in my home information. i guess its hit and miss.
We did it February. When I tried to show it to the front desk, they said they didn't need it. They never even looked at it. I asked for a room in the 5000's and got one in the 1000's. It is so easy to do online though. So it doesn't hurt.
I'm pretty sure the Express Check-In is more of a way for Temptation to build their email address load, than to help with check-in. We have filled it out twice, neither time was it there at check-in, still had to fill out all paperwork and make room requests at front desk.
Don't care if it works All I know is that it means my trip is getting closer:headbanger:. I went through the express check in process on Monday. It was a great feeling.:clappyinghappy:
It's still real humans who can make mistakes when they are tired, hungry, horny or in a hurry so they don't get yelled at. Again. Just sayin'. That said, we've never had a front desk issue that Arturo could not and did not fix within literally 2 minutes of our bringing it up.
