I have been going in may AND October for over 10 years and never caught a bad storm. Although there was one year that we missed the big hurricane by two days..... But , shit in Az it's monsoon season and we get bad storms here in October. Hmmmm sit in my house in the rain and go to work everyday or for $356....... Well don't think I need to finish that. Lol

We were there last October starting on the 18th and we had gorgeous weather! One day of cloudy weather but still a great day! We came there right after a rainy week and left right before another. We understand the risk of going in October...but we LOVE going at that time. I would much rather spend a rainy day at TTR than a rainy day at home in Illinois. Now to get our dates figured out for this October....
Exactly, we went September 23-28 last year and the weather was picture perfect the whole time, probably going back in September this year too(booking via Steve's link with Alpharooms of course).
we had 3 days of sideways rain non stop, hallways boarded up, flooding, and that was during an April trip.. Bruce just went out and bought a guitar.. because that trip he didn't bring his..so we made our own party.. lol its like any where.. you can never tell what the weather will be but as some have said, make the most of it.
I heard the 8-15th is going to off the charts............. :aktion014::aktion014: But I could be a little biased.
