I've bought the Prep-H cream from Canada and it doesn't work. All it did was I had oily eyes and smelled like fish. The ingredients is biodeyne, youre right the FDA did take the prep-H product that did have biodeyne off the shelves, why I have no clue. Either way it didn't work for me.
hmm.. maybe it has to do with why they are puffy as in swollen under the eyes temporarily rather than people that have permanent bags..no doubt I am sure its like most products.. it works for some and not for others.. it did work for me though.. i bet the teabags would work too with the caffeine.
We took our daughter to the allergist this year. He said that puffy and dark circles under the eyes is often related to allergies. I have been taking allergy medicine OTC for quite some time now and haven't noticed a difference in the dark circles (that is what good make-up is for - "well rested" by Bare Minerals). My prescription nasal spray helps with the puffiness though. For what that information is worth.... ~Jill~
Try China Shrink Cream. I sold sex toys and this was one of the items I demo'd. I used the puffy eye relief as a selling point. I never personally tried it but read a lot about ladies that did. You can get it on Amazon or any sex toy shop. ~N
