well dont know how anybody else did, but i did ok on the weight thing. only gained 3 pounds. so still got to work on the sept. thing. hopefully by then i can lose the other 10. all i can say is you ladies looked amazing!!! your hard work really paid off for you. keep at it!! i might have to look into one of those wraps, sounds like they work. karen looked amazing as well!
Up the 10 lbs I thought I would be. I have never ever gone and not gained 5 lbs per week. I am so dehydrated today. I drank 8 bottles of water and only went pee 4 times. What the hell. I ran my finger under cold water to get my wedding rings back on and the leg is still outrageously swollen. Anyways it's back to the work outs this morning and back to eating right. I did 45 on the bike this morning.

Vince with all that dancing it wouldn't surprise me and Wendy if you lost it you had better find it..LOL you tiny little thing you.. I didn't gain or lose... still the same... same old story though that dam scale hasn't moved. Might consider another or just give up on the dam thing. though I didn't reach my goal I'm happy with what I'm doing by next year hey just might be where i want to be :mnm:

Maybe hate was a bit strtong. lol Wendy does't use scale just goes by the fit of her clothes. You are probably, all that bouncing around and the fact that I don't eat nearly as much there as I do at home is probably why I come home lighter. It was great too see you again as well and maybe we will see you this summer. Remember our door is always open and we are always ready to play in the sun.
