Wow - more slipping reported. When I talked about how slippery it was people were telling me I was over-reacting - but it actually is downright deadly slippery at times!! I only wear flats because I am not interested in breaking my ankle or worse, not worth it!! Here's hoping my new ultra-slip-proof water sandals work well next week!! I don't care if they don't match what I'm wearing - bruises and broken bones looks worse Glad you guys had fun and hope the toe is healing up well! Sounds like it was a blast!
how ya doing It was great meeting you both had A great time hope to see ya agian some time mabee next year
Thanks for the replies and well wishes. Joyce's toe and both our tummies are doing much better. An all day rain here today is keeping us inside so we might as well finish unpacking...
I remember the first annual toy swap...we walked in at the end...I sure wish we could have made it this year. Jess and I stopped a few times this past week and wished we were there...very sobering....
Great TR Guys... it was very heart breaking not being able to make it this year to see all the great people that have become like family over the years, but it is Truly Awesome to know that you guys were thinking about me down there and still making me part of your trip... You have no idea how great that makes me feel and what a smile you brought to my face when I saw that picture... I hope my dance partner is feeling better, give her my well wishes, I cant wait to see you both this summer. Thanks again for making my day with that picture. The April Addicts family is a great group, thats for sure
This is your Dance Partner, Jim: we have a room all ready for you to come down; by then our house construction will be done, it should be warm so bring your bathing suit and you can help us celebrate. Toe is healing and Ken has been my doctor with putting the antiinfection cream and bandage. :icon_wink:
Wish I could have made it in April this year. Looking foward to making it next year with all you guys.... Jim we need to hook up soon. Come to Evansville or I can come up there...
