24 Hour Camera Swap and t-shirt signing

Ok I've been having a blast reading the forums as usual and was thinking that I'd like to come up with something that anyone, even us single folks, can get in on during their trip.

The background is that some groups get together for activities such as toy parties etc. Obviously this isn't for everyone. As an alternative, sometime between April 20th and May 1st who would be up for giving your camera to another person and have them document a day at TTR through their eyes?

All you would have to do is bring a digital camera, or alternatively (and perhaps safer?) extra SD card, as most cameras use that format now. The person you give it to goes out on their normal day and takes pictures of whatever they see fit.

ONLY RULE: CONTINUE TO TREAT OTHER GUESTS WITH RESPECT AND DON'T INVADE THEIR PRIVACY IN THESE PICTURES

At the end of the day, simply return the SD card or camera to the person who gave it to you and enjoy the pictures you recieve from their point of view.

Part 2 is bring along a plain white shirt that you don't mind being marked up. Have anyone you can find sign it for a keepsake of your trip.

Anyone else in? Suggestions? I would be willing to bring along my laptop to make copies for those that wish as long as they had a card I could copy them on to.

 

This reminds me of our wedding. We put disposable cameras on each table for people to take pictures of whatever for us. Well, when it was all said and done, we developed the pictures, and one of them was a close-up of a penis! Obviously we could not tell who took the picture, but it was a shocker nonetheless.

 

haha that is similar! I promise at least on my part no penis-pics!

 

Too bad we will miss it by a couple days. I am sure that we would end up taking the camera to our room for some private pics for the lucky recipient. :icon_lol:

 

What's the problem with penis pics? Some of us don't have one at home that we can take out and look at whenever we want! :icon_wink:

 

Too funny Karen! We didn't mind at all, was just a bit of a surprise when it was mixed in with all of the other wedding photos. We got a big laugh out of it.

 

Well I guess I could be talked into changing my stance if there is an appreciative audience lol

Oh a 24 hour camera swap sounds fun....Jess and Ed? Any room on the June calendar for this?

Excellent idea Keith! Someone can use Karen's camera, that way she'll have some pictures on it when she returns home and I will have at least a weeks reprieve before she starts harassing me :aktion047: for photos! Hehehe
