Ha ha Woody. Remember, anticipation is half the fun! And at least you get to wait for me at TTR. I have to wait here in rainy Vancouver to meet you!:umbrella1:

 

OK... so we just got back in from Temptation and wanted to give everyone the skinny... in our limited time after we had confirmed Marissa was indeed repaired, we couldn't seem to find anyone from Cancun Care that was staying much past our departure.

Plan B: Since Jose, had worked so vigorously (i.e. contact cement, vice, repeat, etc.), we knew he would serve as a great "foster" parent. So Jose is tending to both Marissa and Jeff until someone from this site specifically requests to be the next caretakers. He is aware of this tradition and is expecting that in the next few days he will be passing the torch. So someone please step up to the challenge and let Jose know that you are interested. Also, please commend him on his hard work and make sure he does the customary signature on them before he releases them into your custody.

Thanks to you guys for the kind words and hopefully the next week will prove to be more fruitful!

Nice job! Jose is a great choice.

As far as the picture posting is concerned, we had to go to photobucket.com and upload some pics there. Then, when posting a new message in the thread, you just add the link in the text box. It's kind of a pain in the butt, but from what I understand, it's the only way to do it.

 

After you upload the pic to photo bucket (It's free by the way), just copy and paste the IMJ code into your post on CCC. You can always preview your post on CCC before you submit it.

 

Poor Marissa, I witnessed her being assaulted by some Spring Break guys. Almost lost an arm. Not sure who is looking after them since yesterday (Sunday) and no-one form Cancuncare was identified....

This was the happy couple enjoying our extra bed while we were in the bed right next to them! Marissa is such the screamer, but Jeff quickly stuffed something in her mouth to muffle the sound...

This is Jeff with with his usual caring concern, as Marissa is on the mend:







And this my friends, is the hero, Jose, that brought back Marissa from the edge of death. We had suggested an amputation as that was seemingly a much easier solution, but Jose, through his persistence was able to keep the arm which I'm sure both Marissa and Jeff are VERY grateful!



Please someone claim the two love birds from Jose soon as I'm sure they are more than ready to continue their Temptation journey. Make sure to let him know that you are from Cancun Care and have him sign the love birds before he releases them into your custody.

Great job Barry & Susan! We really enjoyed the pictures. It looks like you had some fun, and made them a part of your family.

 

I am legitimately pissing my pants I was laughing so hard at these pics. I hope they're still hanging out when we arrive in a little more than 2 weeks!

 

Just wondering if anyone has taken these 2 to the Italian resturant yet....lol
