For domestic games that arent evening kick offs it's too early for anyone to open up especially to show them. A 3pm kick off is going to be 9am in Cancun.

There is always coverage of the English Premiership on Mexican TV - that is probably going to be your best bet for run of the mill games. However, since the channels in hotels tend to be aimed at non Mexicans the sports channels you'll find are more likely to be US ones via satellite rather than Mexican.

For games such as evening champions league matches then you may find them at Champions Sports Bar, Carlos N Charlies, Outback Steakhouse and Hooters probably.

I believe if you can arrange a VPN connection in England before you leave then once you arrive an internet connection provides you with a connection as if you were actually in England.

Then, if streaming programming is available you should be able to watch it anywhere.

    Good point!

Actually, if you have a laptop or Ipad etc with you then you dont really need a UK VPN. One option is to have an account at bet365.com who stream many matches. That's how I watch the not so mighty Nottingham Forest on the rare occasions their games are televised. There are also a lot of sites that stream English football (illegally) on the net with no IP restrictions, but they are usually plagued with ads and pop ups.

The problem in a hotel is going to be sufficient speed of connection to be able to watch streaming video though.

When the games are not televised I listen to Radio commentary via Forestplayer there is an equivalent site for any team but you do need to pay an annual membership fee of about 30 quid. Failing that a UK Vpn will get you access to your local radio station who will have commentary. Just google UK VPN and you'll find several around $10 a month. I use hidemyass myself to watch UK TV.
