Hi - We're first timers to Temptation April 13th - 20th. Our return flight leaves at 10:30 p.m., which is great because it gives us another full day, but I was wondering since check out is 11 a.m., where do they put your luggage and where can you shower and change before you leave? Or is there an option for late check out and how much does it cost? Thanks, Tina
Im sure there is a late check out fee you can pay or do what we did with another cpl. We offered out our room to keep their belongings and allowed them to shower before heading out for their flight. Im sure you will meet someone who wld be willing to lend u their room POSSIBLY??? It turned out to be a chain reaction! Everybody wins Enjoy ur trip
The resort is very accommodating for those with late flights. 2 years ago, our flight left at around 7:00 pm. We checked out at 11:00am. The resort cut off our wrist bands, but gave us vouchers to carry for the rest of the day. We spent the day by the pool until it was time to leave, and we were pretty buzzed on tequila too! The spa allowed us to shower and change at no charge. We kept a change of clothes in our backpacks we used as a carry on, but put our wet pool clothes in the luggage before we left. The bags were kept near the entrance by the valets. If you need access to your luggage, just ask a valet and they let you into the storage room. It's very safe and secure if you're worried about valuables. And you're exactly right, it's like adding an extra half day to your vacation!
I can't imagine you'd have any problem with finding another Addict to store your bags in their room for the day...we leave the resort about 8:30 pm on our way home, and I am not the least bit concerned about finding a volunteer to store our the bags. I would not feel comfortable leaving them in a storage room all day. I dealt with a "secure" storage room in Cabo at a RIU once...they would let guests into the room unsupervised, and they could be rummaging through anyone's suitcase. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but all my irreplaceable hoochie shoes will be in my suitcase!!!
Hi, We just did that last week. A chek trip to the front desk to arrange extra hours of use of the room for $10 per hour was well worth it. When we checked out at 4:30 they cut off our tags, we settled up with them for that cost and our spa visits, and then hopped onto the 4:45 shuttle to the airport. Voila !
I love it! Ive never met you but I can tell by your posts that we are "sole sisters" as they call it on the shoe club Shoedazzle that I am a hopeless addict of!! ( Much to the hubbys dismay lol :banghead I love it when I hear that Im not alone in my love for shoes! I always usually end up packing one suitcase for clothes & one just for shoes! Lol :icon_lol: Jess
We leave late every year and this will be our 12th trip, we have never had a problem leaving our stuff with the valets.
