they kinda grow on ya. 18 years is a long time. but it really doesnt seem like it though. dont know when the thinking the same things and saying the same thing at the same time started, but its kinda funny!! well fine minds think alike!!! still being a good girl, gym was great last night even for a monday. today hopefully i will have the poop to kick it up a notch!!
Well I'm switching it up... not that it will make alot of difference, just going to do cardio till we go..I'm enjoying it and it burns more calories. I'll get back to the weights when we get back.. the push is on ladies... I made this god dam bet about a thong and though it could be a site to see I would not renege on a bet...LOL

havent stepped on the scale for awhile. i feel thinner, look tighter in my clothes, so thats good for now. i like the cardio for about 35 min. too but then hit the wieghts good after. i have really upped the wieght too. i like to feel the burn!!! just do as many that day untill i just cant move one more time!!! dont be hard on yourself deb!! it really plays bad tricks with your mind and mood!! just knowing that you can feel better, and with the excercising, you will look better for it. maybe not how your mind pic. you would look by now, but still better than not having done anything. just set smaller goals, spaced apart so you dont feel like why try! and when you least expect it, it will start moving in the right direction!!
Your right, things may not be happening the way i would like however while I'm on holiday and though I won't look like those young ladies dancing on the table, this year I know I tried and will keep trying... cause we all know this will not be my last trip to Temptations.. can only get better, stronger blah blah blah. I've been doing cardio for 60min and the second day was 20 min cardio and 20 min. weights, but just going to stick to cardio. Anyways ladies.. and any gents that are working out.. we all will be fabulous...
since the early years, cant say i look like those ladies on the tables either!!!!!!!!!!! oh well ha ha they dont look like me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ha ha yea hubbie and i danced on those tables!! then some poor guy did and it broke!! so staying on the floor from now on!!!
Another tough workout tonight. My trainer is pushing me harder and harder each night. Although I hate him at the moment because I can barely move when I leave there, I know it is working. Taking stress out in my workouts is motivation for me. 24 more days until I'm back at TTR, that is when I will want to look at pics from how I looked in January vs April. I just keep telling myself Im 44 and getting better with age. I can do this!
