Hey that all sounds good, but what I wonder if no drinking and being very strict what happens to us after Temptations... we should just balloon after 1 to 2 weeks of drinking lying around ... I don't think I'm finding this diet thing fun... I love the work outs and man that has to be good right, but the diet thing has me wondering.. I like being aware of what is going in but I don't want to change my lifestyle for a couple lbs that I will put on in Cancun anyways.. I think this diet thing has to be a lifestyle change and other than the working out I don't want to change it. The mention about maintaining what I don't understand about that is I have stayed consistant since the 10 or 11 lbs I lost last year.. But now I'm working out and that doesn't seem to be changing anything that I can tell anyways. Partydoll girl, I hear ya and see what your saying... but have to say I DON'T LIKE IT....LOL And Ladies with the hate for the scale... I hear ya believe me and if the dam thing didn't weigh so much I'd suggest we bring it along with us to Temptations and demolish them all together...LOL
yes hide them!! but my evil twin will find it! i am being a good girl, eating the health low fat, low carb shit, and in another week that damn scale had better lie for the good!! or its curtains for it, and i really mean it!! it might be saved if my clothes get baggy, then i might take sympathy on it for not knowing what is going on. so guys time will tell if our souls are saved, or if we become mass scale murders!!
I have a story about hiding things.. Brewster bought a bag of almonds.. a small hand full is great protine and good fat.. but .. I cant have just a small hand full if I have even one.. I keep eating them by the small handfulls all day.. so I asked Brewster to hide them on me.. a bit later I walk by the bag and they are still on the counter.. I asked again.. can you hide these on me please.. so finally he did.. the next day.. I said.. where are the almonds.. he says in the bottom cupboard.. I went .. WHAT!!.. your not supposed to tell me ..can you hide them again please.. haha.. men, they just dont get it .. haha
I have gained it back and been good on the weekends not drinking anything but water. I usually on have one meal where I let myself have what I want. It really doesn't matter and I work out all weekend too. I sleep less though.
well thats my story with nuts!!!! take a few, put them down, then a little while later take a few more!!!! phillip just sits and laughs at me!! then makes puffy faces at me!! the nerve huh!! now hes calling me jay-lo butt!! well to be fair i started it!! ok to be serious. the scale lied in a good way last night. back to needing to lose the original 7. i have my huge salad to eat for brekfast, and lunch. mostly free veggies and some protien. well see. then back to the gym tonight when i get off work. went tanning yesterday, and wouldnt you know it the butt burnt!! of course the part that sticks out the most!! such is life!
