I went to the doctor yesterday, she thinks that it was a migrain brought on by lifting.. that it can happen.. the scary part was the optical migrain that came first.. I was driving and could not see the oncoming traffic with my left eye.. thought I was stroking out or something.. I will talk to my trainer on friday but they are so nerves about someone getting hurt that i am afraid that she will stop letting me lift heavy but I am pretty sure if we lighten up some on the weight for the lats pulldowns and or the upright rows it should be fine, I think its these ones that start the headache.. I will track which ones seem to trigger the pain and tweak it a bit.. because I am not stopping .. haha!!

FYI!!...I went to the gym this morning but woke up with a cold, thought i was getting it last night and started cold FX (hope it helps).. but I just took it easy.. only did 45 minutes of weights and not really heavy. read in the mayo clinic site that if its a cold.. which means sick above the neck.. Head cold, scratchy throat. sneezing its OK to lower the intensity of your workout and the length no more than 20 minutes of cardo.. if you have a chest cold, flu like symtoms its best to take the time off until you are recovered..

well girls, hate to burst your bubble but, I did the same thing for a whole year on jenny craig.
what you are doing is maintaining.. you cant be good all week then drink and eat on the weekends.. you have to be consistant everyday while on your weight loss journey.. if there was a way to just diet 5 days a week and still lose.. I would know it .. ahahhaha!!

if you want the weight to come off, you have to do it every day!!!..
make a decision to do it every day for 10 days.. not eating and drinking on the weekends.. you will see a difference on the scale.. on the up side of this.. you have been training for a long time to maintain your weight..so when you get to goal you will be pros.. lol

    just sayin!!:daveandmo:
