Every weekend I tell myself I'm going to do better, that's is ridiculous to waste a weeks worth of hard work on 2 days, but every Monday morning it is apparent that my common sense took the weekend off, too. Lol I'll be existing on protein drinks and water today...:-(
I've been wondering about all this, if monday, wed and thurs I'm under what the tracker tells me.. and then I go over on the weekends, it just doesn't seem fair. You would think it would all balance out. This almost seems to be to much work of a balancing act, this isn't any fun at all...LOL :icon_rolleyes:
Yes those darn weekends! This was the first one I did not gain any...but only have 3 1/2 weeks to get off a few more pounds... Help!! Good luck everyone
ok back at the gym. doing ok, allergies getting under control. i think some intense workout are ahead! i really like this stair/crosscountry skiing mach. hell of a workout!! have to keep the munchies under control, or im just wasting my time. hope everyone is doing better than me! way to go kim! you have beat the no smoking thing very well!! keep at it. one day i will be able to say im an ex-smoker! have a great day guys!
I did fairly well through the weekend.. i did lose a bit but maintained.. it was a very busy weekend with soccer and flames game on Sunday night.. but i have a question for anyone that is lifting weights.. anyone ever get a migraine during or after your workout.. it has happened a couple times to me .. once during a lift and yesterday it came on after i left the gym.. i have read some stuff on the internet about it .. they talk about proper form and breathing .. I think that my neck is very weak and having to exert it too much now with the heavier weights.. anyone else experience this, the pain starts at the base of my skull up into the head.. and it comes on with i think an over the head press or shoulder press...
Way to go on maintaining over the weekend! I've never gotten a headache but my ears plug up like I'm driving through the mountains which I find odd. Lol
Here's the scoop since last week. I weighed on Friday and was down 0.8 lbs, I was happy with that as my weighs are twice a week. I caved and had Chinese food on the weekend. I weighed today and only gained 0.2 lbs, not bad for the buffet that I pigged out on. Every night before I go to bed I think about Rosa making me a waffle in the morning. Only 23 more sleeps !!!
I've been doing weights on the home gym, I do get headaches but not like what your talking about. Have you mentioned this to your trainer? Glad to hear your doing so well, everyone is doing well.. keep it up everyone.
