Hi All

It's finally time to come out of hibernation :wave:
About 8 long weeks before we return. Just enough time to get in shape so that we can get out of shape again whilst we are there.:huh:
Looking forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting all you new guys.
Can't wait to try the late night pool. It is going to be hard not getting kicked out of it :angel1:

To all of our wonderful friends, it is sad to say that our plans have changed and we will not be attending and enjoying the friendship this year. Nine straight years was wonderful and the friends that we have met are awesome. We love all of our CancunCare fiends. We have talked to many of you, yet just wanted to post it on here so that others would know. We have way too many trips to take due to medical, babies and other. On the good side we willl take a trip to Ruidoso to partake in the Horseracing of which I love. So we will miss each and everyone of you. May God bless you all and have a lot of fun for us....

 

This will be my husbands and I first time at TT, can anyone help me on what to pack. I keep reading Whip cream? Any suggestions would be helpful. Chuck and I are celebrating our 10year Anniversary and he will be just getting home from a deployment from Afgh. I was told about TT by a police officer friend. He said this place is a BLAST. I want to surprise my husband with the time of his life! We will be there from 05/03-05/07. I am thinking this is not enough time.

Sad to hear this but understand! It's hell when you retire, don't have to go to work but now don't have time for all you want to do. We'll hoist one in your honor and look forward to seeing you next year!

OK.. first thing to do is go by the PO a big drink because better advice you have never received!

Second, from the sandbox to the sand of TTR your husband will owe you FOREVER! I won't be there when you are but I'm sure you and he will be well taken care of. I have a nephew that has been twice and a nephew in law that is headed to the sandbox so we all totally understand!

If you do a search on “things to pack” you should find lots of threads with useful suggestions on what to take. Most of all a smile, a swimsuit, and a love of life will get you through anything.

Welcome to the board. First thing is a big THANK YOU to your husband for his service. You and he will love this place. As you said, four days won't be enough time.

 

We'll be there the 17th-22nd. First time at TTR, maybe we can keep from getting tossed from this place.
