    Ive lost 40lbs in the last 4 months and your diet is very similar to mine during those 4 months there has been a week or 2 where the scale doesnt move and it is very frustrating! even though its hard im really against weighing myself frequently i wouldnt get on the scale more then once every 2 weeks. Are you weighing yourself in the morning or night? definitely weigh in first thinkg in the morning. im actually not sure if you are eating enough....are you eating the yokes in your boiled eggs? if so id probably have a couple boiled eggs and just eat the whites. when i had weeks where i didnt lose i wstarted taking a cheat meal (not day) and eat a burger or a cookie and for some reason it seemed to kick up my metabolism again. im by no means a professional i go up and down on weight like crazy but i found a plan that works at least for me..good luck and stick with it!

    Deb this is what I have been eating.
    breakfast- one whole egg/ two egg whites with tomatoes and 1 tbsp of shredded cheddar cheese in an omelet with a navel orange and milk.
    snack- source yogurt and 10 almonds
    lunch- one chicken breast and 2 med carrots, 1/3 of a cucumber
    snack - source yogurt and strawberries or a apple
    supper- chicken salad with romaine lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and a tbsp of caesar light dressing.
    I will let you know how well it works on Saturday. I haven't had any bread, pasta, or wraps. I miss the bread but hey something got to give and well I can already see the differences both in the scale and in my body. I just know Saturday is gonna be good so I can't wait for the weekend.

    trying to behave, being at work, sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have to smell food cooking all day, junk food everywhere in the faculty room ect... abut i will gather up my super humane will power, and just say no!!! ha ha ha ok i will do my best!!

    think in your head that the smell of that food is bad a bad smell, nasty!..haha. Thats a tough one though.. my office has muffins and donuts yesterday.. and I didnt have any but late in the afternoon I was a bit hungry and there was one blueberry muffin left .. I sure was tempted..lol

    I had a great workout this morning.. feel great!!.. but by 2pm.. I will be tired.. was up at 4 am.. ;(

    Me too, I was awake off and on all night, I still worked out, but I don't think I'll even make it till 2, going home early today.

    I hope that you don't mind that I join in, this far into your routines. Since I left TTR last Jan my life changed dramatically. My stepmom passed away while I was there and now my dad who has moderate dementia now lives with me. I work 60 hours a week plus take care of him. This week I started a workout program nearby and the instructor is a Marine. YIKES. My goal isn't to lose weight, but to tone up, decrease stress, start eating healthy and quit smoking.
    So far he has been kicking my butt and when I walk out of there, although barely able to move, I feel motivated and my craving for a cigarette has dwindled down dramatically. Next week he will be teaching us more about meal plans and help me with ideas for making diabetic meals for my Dad. I'm looking forward to the challenges and always looking for motivation and suggestions from others trying to better themselves.
    So I hope you don't mind I follow and join in on your thread without being just a lurker.

    i have that cold!!! so for 3 days i have felt like smit!! still working, but tired as heck when i get home. i think i will hold off on the gym untill next week. i get alot of excer. at work, exspecialy snow removal. i really am happy for everyones loses. even if its not going so well or fast enough, we all can celebrate in april and have the most excellent time!!! have a great weekend all
