do you guys remember me arguing with a few of the guys about the scale a while back?..lol them saying dont worry about the scale and me saying screw you.. I want that little needle to move,, lol, well, I really, really hate to say it .. but they were right.. I tried on some of my TTR dresses that in november were too tight.. I felt aweful in them and vowed to loose weight before April.. I said.. OH I AM NOT GONNA LOOK LIKE THIS IN APRIL...remember Deb? so.. I know what weight I was last April.. and the dresses were perfect.. I felt good and was at the weight I wanted to be at... lol but.. here is the important part girls... My dresses fit me better last night than last April and I weight more.. almost as much as in November.. and the only thing I am doing differently is working out.. so.. please burn your scales, run them over and stick to what you are doing right now... if your doing it right you will continune to get smaller and healthier .. blah blah blah.. hahah!!
I hope your right Kim, I weighed in this morning and lost 0.2 since tuesday. The program I'm doing requires weighing twice per week. But I have been doing TRX training which is more muscle training than cardio. Next week I'm doing a detox for 2 days and that should see a better weighloss number on the scale to make me feel a little better...
