I'm going to bring down a workout DVD of resistance exercises and my little portable DVD player and a resistance band used in the DVD workout. I can use it either in the room or in the gym. Last time I just brought the band down because I know the DVD so well, but I think I probably cheated a lot so this time I'll bring the DVD to keep me honest. :azzangel:
The gym is not anything great. It has a smith Machine and limited plates/dbs. There are a couple of cardio machines with a view of the beach and a pool. I cant remember if the flat bench was adjustable. No dip or pullup bar (other than raising smith bar and locking out) They do have a PT on the resort. She did a great job with cardio workouts in the AM. Lots of core/lower body similar to Insanity.
Gym Well this is the third gym since we have been going to bbg/TTR and i have (been to them all).by far third is the best. Monique has only missed 3 workouts in past 13 trips.bum knee this time so she may miss another. Glenn
