well guess you cant beat that with a cat o 9tails! good to know they still let you party like a rock star and compensate you besides how long were the nights good for(how long did they give u to use them).
ONE YEAR AND WE ARE USING THEM IN APR. WE ACTUALLY NEVER LEFT THE HOTEL WE STAYED WITH FRIENDS (THANKS AGAIN JIM)!!!!:mnm:
7 weeks from approximately this minute, I should be walking into TTR. Can one of you have a drink ready for me?
Damn this cruel winter weather! Where are you April?!? How we prepare for our Arizona winters when the overnight temps start to dip below freezing... 1) Park cars inside garage so the seats won't be too chilly in the morning. 2) Stack firewood near backyard firepit to shorten length of time during wood runs. 3) Turn off A/C which was set at 74°F. 4) Turn on heat. Set it to 70°F. 5) Refill all 5 propane tanks for outdoor space heater next to firepit. Gotta have spare tanks. 6) Cover tips of cacti with Circle-K Thirstbuster cups. Take pictures and post to Facebook to mock friends in colder climates. 7) Go to the store for supplies like beer and chips and keep fingers crossed that there will still be something left on the shelves. 8) Hope and pray we can make it through another winter. 9) Call friends and family who live far away to let them know we are OK. 10) Wear sweatshirts with shorts & flip-flops. Pack short-sleeve shirts away for about 6 weeks. 11) Begin saving for next TTR trip to thaw out.
No kidding Dan how do they do it ??? lol Whats a cactus??haha Our Jan.temp Averaged -26.9F with 18 days of -40 or colder and another 9 days of -30 F or colder. A couple of days -51F ( Colder than a mother-in-laws kiss) High temp only went above 0F three days the entire month... Who needs TTR more ?????haha Our biggest challenge up here is keeping our beer from freezing.......
