They wont be staying in a hotel, same way jersey went to italy. Wouldnt work if they stayed at a hotel. N i dont see the big thing as they cant sing so they cant perform or anything dont get the big deal. As mentioned theres plenty of clubs to avoid them. I too can confirm this, I have been sent a private message on twitter from gaz (one of the cast) they fly out on the 7th of March and are staying for 5 weeks! They are in a provate Villa and all have to work through the day, They will mostly be partying in the "VIP" areas of the nightclubs.
I cannot imagine what the British version of "Jersey Shore" is like, but I would hope the yobbish Brits would be better than the Italian trash from New Jersey.
