Working out Thanks for motivating me. I made it to my goal weight but still have almost 2 months till we get to Temptations. I have been super serious working out and dieting. I have been no fun. Just have to keep the weight off till April. Wanted to know if anyone wants to go jogging in the mornings on the path along the road. We get there April 18. If I workout, I will not feel so guilty drinking and eating. Maybe we could even get a group of us together and do a core workout.
I will be in the gym every morning. I used to run in cancun and lap the three pools 10 or twelve times. It worked well and was afterall safer.I just never wanted to jog the front path as it didn't feel safe at 5:00 am. Now the knee is screwed up, so no more running for me but I do hit the gym every morning and do stationary bike or elliptical as well as weights.
wow.. i had a hard weekend at the lake.. I only took food that I was able to eat.. but our friends had steak and rib and potato salad and macaroni salad and snacks .. all the stuff I love. Saturday I have a few drinks.. didn't workout at all sat or Sun.. I am not getting on the scale.. haha.. I know i did OK on my food .. but the drinks will put me up on the scale.. so.. back on the horse.. i will workout today... and hopefully it did'nt set me back a whole week of working hard.. ;(
I worked out yesterday and then afterr my workout pulled my back slightly out. I had an uncomfortable night and today I didn't work out either Kim. I feel like it's been a week since I worked out. I hate the feeling of feeling like I did nothing. The back is still sensitive so tommorow I will work out after work. Back on the horse for both of us.:aktion060:
well, I couldnt keep off the scale and I was pleasently surprised.. in total I have lost 11.5 pounds.. thats from the first week in January. 6.5 of these pounds came off in the last 3 weeks.. with the second week being a gain.. which leads me to believe that this working out and eating healthy is absolutley a marathon not a sprint..
K today I had no motivation, I didn't like the scale and well I was sitting around and the doorbell rang. Fed ex with my dresses I ordered. Now I am motivated to look hot in these dresses. I like them obth but I want to lose more and feel even better in them. So there you have it a reason to kick this ass in shape. 7 weeks here I go.

yep ordered mine on sun. will take untill march 13th to get here. so will kick butt untill then!!! need to lose more, so i had better be good. they ended up having the one i wanted for sheer night in my size!! i know it wasnt before. maybe they were just out of stock or something. dont care just glad they had it. com on april!!!!!!!!!!
Well can't say I lost weight but I am back to where I was before I had my screw this weekend last weekend. So I think I got 50 days to push and lose somemore. The knee has been real sore and I almost left work the other day cause I couldn't walk so I been wearing my patella sleeve the last few days and doing my spin bike for work outs. Last night I didn't think I would workout long but when I got downstairs I manage to ride 24 km on my bike. yep I was watching TV and totally lost track of time. Today I rode 20 km. I am also gonna start drinking huge amounts of water.
