Ya know Jamie, we weren't getting that intense with it , no PM's, just a way to start and engage in a little more conversation with the crew from end of April to beginning of May (AKA MAYhem). A way to remember the good times from years past and encourage others to be a part of the group. If you would like to start this with your week, PM 's might work for you.
