Booked our trip in November for March 25- April 1. Found out McKenzi is pregnant early Jan. We are kind of going back and forth about canceling our trip. Called Orbitz today to cancel and found out our flight is non-refundable which we didn't know. Anyone have advice on what we should do? Not sure how much fun she is going to have not being able to drink, which most of the fun revolves around...
Congrats! True, it is probably a hard call, but there is still tons to do around Cancun and it would be better to be soaking up the sun in Mexico not drinking then sitting at home thinking about being in Mexico and not drinking! Hope we'll see you there!

Congratulation!! You didnt even have the kid yet and already its screwing things up. Wait till you actually have him or her!!! hahaha just kiddin! Sounds like youre stuck so just go and enjoy your last vacation thats wont include, Mickey Mouse, Big Bird, Dora, etc, for a while. hahaha there I go again, sorry cant help myself, we have two girls now 18 and 20...God Bless!!
Comgrats! I say let her enjoy having her belly in a bikini one last time before the baby completely takes over it. Lol She will wear a bikini again but, it just will never be the same unless she is one of the lucky few that go back to before baby belly. I honestly think that this trip is an important trip to both of you. Go and enjoy because after the kids it gets so much harder to get away. It is easy not to drink when your pregnant so I don't even think she'll have an issue there. I also think that you can have a great time a TTR without having a single drink.
My wife has never had a drink in her life, we are heading back in April for our 3rd trip in 18 months... It's all about attitude and atmosphere. If she is a fun loving person you will still have a blast as the resort and the guest supplies the right atmosphere. I agree with the others, enjoy this vacation now as it may be a decade or more before you will have this opportunity again. I'd agree, go on the trip and have fun one last time before you become parents, trust me I speak from experience lol. If you decide to not go PM us, we may be able to take the tickets off you if the names can be changed in time. We're going back a 2nd time this year and a 3rd would be crazy fun.
