I'm starting to get really concerned. Even though I was a little nervous about it (because I've read some negative things about them), I booked our room through Alpharooms for April. I contacted them a few times by email before the booking process and they responded right away. Since I made the reservation and the money has come out of my account, I can't get them to reply. I booked on Saturday. I waited until Tuesday to contact the hotel and they do not show our reservation. I've sent Alpharooms three emails since Tuesday and can't get them to respond to explain why Temptations doesn't have our reservation. Any suggestions or insight into this would be great because I'm really getting worried.
we have used them a few times and are booked with them for April. i would give it a few more days to check TTR.. as long as you have the confirmation from alpha room everything should be fine. many people use them with no problems..we have never checked with TTR to see if they have our reservations prior to getting there.. so if you have any problems, please let us know too.. lol.. i am not worried though..
we have used them many times and never had a problem. You may have better luck calling them if you are worried.
I don't understand why you would need to contact Alpharooms, you have your confirmation and it's paid for. Temptation dont add their bookings to the system until a few weeks before, if you're going in April it wont show in their system until maybe mid March. Not sure what 'negative things' you've read because I don't recall seeing anything negative.
We booked through them a cpl weeks ago after alot of research. We received a confirmation email from them within seconds. We havent tried to contact them since then so cant comment on that but after reading many many good reviews from people who have booked through them we are not concerned & I dont thin you should be either. You got a great deal through them & will have an awesome time once you get there. :mnm:
I have used them 3 times and always got confirmation and then your voucher. That is all you need. Steve is right the resort doesn't really add all the bookings till about a month ahead. First time I used them I also contacted the resort and they didn't have me in their system but about 3 weeks before I went I emailed them again and they did have it. Last year I keep extending my dates by a couple days 3 different times so it showed I had 3 check in and 3 checkout dates and they had all 3 and keep me in the same room. Only problem is I had to do check in and out 3 times but no big deal since I keep the same room. You can trust alpharooms otherwise Steve wouldn't promote them if anyone from here had problems. Rob
we have used them several times. Our first time we did the same thing and tried to contact them. the problem is that the email we used is not monitorred regularly. I would suggest going to their "manage my booking" I always got responses that way. Steve is right. They dont forward reservation information until a couple weeks before. As I said we had concerns as well and it was all for nothing. Never had any issues at all. Rest easy.
Does anyone know how to contact Alpharooms from the States? I attempted to pay my balance, tonight, but my booking is no longer showing up. The deposit was processed and I have an itinerary number, but nothing shows up under "Manage My Booking". Does anyone know of an email address I might be able to get some help with?
