    Damm my weight is not moving fast enough for me. Still down but so slow. Well with that said for in 30 minutes of elliptical and 30 minutes of weights and 3 hours of shopping in today.

    my fav. workout for wieght loss, shopping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! phillip just cant understand how all of the energy put into the shopping can really burn calories!! then when you find that really cute pair of shoes, how your blood pressure rises like a cardio workout!!! i will have to do that to burn a few extra this weekend!! ha ha ha to hell with the treadmill, just go to a really big shoe store and feel the burn!!!

    Tell Phil to come walk West edmonton Mall. That place is huge and I walked 75% of it shopping. I got to hit all my favorite stores you know. Well another 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of lunges, abs, back, and arms. Working nights this week so I am gonna get in morning work outs. yeah.

    i like working out in the morning, day better! too bad i have to work!! oh well at least i have a chance to work out before its too late at night. in vegas they have a really large outlet mall that i went to but it was a sunday, so it was still closed up. i would like to check that out again.

    Well I think it is time to start tanning. I had a pretty good work out today and well I went up one lb the other day and it is back down(Yeah). I am down 2.5 inches in my waist and 1.5 off my boobs(or back fat) so even though the weight isn't moving the inches are from all over. God damm I can't wait to get back to Cancun.

    I am also gonna hit the gym even harder.

    yea the tanning starts for me in march!!!!!!!!!!! at least a good 3 weeks before i leave. ive got at least 10 more lb. to lose then the really toning part comes in. cardio is burning fat with some light wieghts in there, but i will have to put more into it soon. i have dreams about being in cancun, feeling the friendly sun beating down, then i wake up and feel the cold!!! i really cant complain though its been a really mild winter. about time too!!

    Lol was a handing you tequilla in your dreams. Hahaha See you soon in Cancun. Down another lb today. Well hopefully my wieght will finally start to move. I got stuck for awhile but I can see the difference in my body so that is a good thing. Training hard everyday. How much have you lost Kathy?

    ive only lost 12lbs. but i really need to stick to it hard, because it is slowing me down alot!!! i ate a cookie today now i feel bad. i will have to make sure to burn that thing out at the gym!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i need at least 4 more weeks of dieting to get it all off!!!

    I wish I could say I was down 12. I am only down six so I still have a long way to go. Might have to double up the work outs to make it happen.

    well having a bogus knee isnt helping im sure. but hey lets take what we do have and be happy!! our mood plays into it alot. just really need to be serious and get that other 10 off!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont like my jigglies very much!! but i am wearing pants today that a few weeks ago i wouldnt have worn. bring on the weekend, so i can work out early in the day!!
