    USA transfer website

I was going through booking at USA Transfers website and it asks for Credit card info. I wasn't sure about this step as you are supposed to pay in full the day you are picked up. How did others go about booking? Thanks again for the help!

We just booked with them last week and did not have to give a credit card number. They did offer to let us pay online in advance, if we emailed them they would send us the link. Otherwise, we pay cash when we arrive.

Hotel to hotel transfers need to be prepaid, but for airport transfers you pay on arrival.

You don't need to enter any credit card info, just make the booking and then if pre-payment is required USA Transfers will send you a link to pay via Paypal with a secure connection, meaning USA Transfer never see your card details.

This may be a silly question but do you tip them on top of the rate as well?

Tipping is always up to you, but they do help you load and unload your luggage. Our driver was really friendly and was a pleasure to chat with on our way to TTR. We didn't pay for the Walmart trip but we asked if we could stop at a gas station on the way to pick up a few things and he was very happy to do so. So when we got to TTR we took care of him with a nice tip.

USA Transfers was fantastic for us last week. I highly recommend them. We booked through this forum site, and paid them for round trip when they picked us up at the airport. They were right there waiting, and were 15 minutes early picking us up the day we left. We tipped $10 each way, and gave the guy at the airport who greeted us $5 - he was very nice. The $55 round trip cost was less than the place that will bill the room, I think we paid $89 in Oct. for them.
