Booking it all through TTR

try alpharooms.com through the link Steve has on here. I know I got a room for one person Apr 27th to may 15th for only about 90.00 a night then booked my flight separate. The last I checked during that time it was 113.00 for 2 people for one room. Again if you go through alpharooms use Steves link in the hotel deal section. He does this forum for us and keeps the Boobs Cruise going the least we can do is help him out by using his links.

 

Was that for room and airfare?

We've usually booked Expedia, cheaper than the resort and others most years, but this year Travelocity was cheaper- we are flying out of Midwest like you- not sure if that makes a difference.

 

My husband researched & compared prices through just about everywhere. We just booked yesterday through Alpharooms it was about 1485.00 for the 2 of us for 12 nts including taxes for the room. Then we booked airfair separate. This was about a 450.00 savings from thenext cheapest we found which was Travelocity who we normally book through.

 

We booked direct through TTR hotel and flight and it when you do you will see they use expedia. Everything looks just like Expedia and here is the note on the bottom of our itinerary.

"If you have questions about your reservation, fill out our itinerary assistance form. We'll respond within 24 hours: For immediate assistance call Temptation Resort Spa Cancun at 1-888-673-2059. For international calls, contact 001-702-944-6405 or after hours at 1-800-EXPEDIA and have the itinerary number ready. "

 

Reddog is RIGHT... alpharooms has the best hotel rates, by far! I paid $113/night for 2 people for may 2012. You cannot beat that price - use the link here on cancuncare.

 

Yep, we are coming out of calgary....its abit more this year then last but still cheaper then we have seen!

 

K.. so that worked out to be $230 a day for 10 days traveling mid-week.

Using Alpha rooms and United we averaged $220 a day for 15 days traveling on the weekends out of Denver and Denver usually has much higher airfare than anywhere else to Cancun for some reason.

So the hotel is close or more expensive but not cheaper.

Good that we're able to compare prices for future booking information.

for us to fly is about 1200 on sale for both and alpha room is 1111 for ten days....so it same as we pay going through resort ...if we find seat sales. i like having everything together and hate waiting for those dang seat sales!! lol
