My wife gets up at 7am and does her beach workout each morning even though we went to bed at 4am. I just can't for the life of me get inspired to hit the gym when I'm in vacation mode... I'm heading to TTR in 2 weeks for the 2nd time this year, maybe I'll try to workout this time!
The gym isn't bad...it's enough to get by with. We tend to start our days with a walk down the beach and back again...or there's the path out the front of the hotel and to the right. If you go to the end of that it's 3k...and then 3k back. It makes for a nice walk /run and great for people watching. D
Too bad you guy will not be there the same week. I would have loved to do a work out with her. She has an amazing body . She looks familliar ...is she a WBFF girl, if so I am a huge fan....I read her fan page eveyday
Yeah, she's a WBFF Pro Fitness model. She's also in Oxygen fitness magazine if you ever see that... She's a fitness personality but can still cut loose while she's away. She'll have some drinks, but stay on diet the whole trip. Now myself... lol I'm eating and drinking everything in site! When are you guys heading down?
We go everyday right after lunch. It seems to help us wake up and feel better. The gym is adequate for us to get in just a light workout. Don't expect Gold's Venice Beach!
We are heading down feb4-11.I also have the inside fitness hot and fit issue..I just started getting into fitness I am planning on doing my first show in Nov 2012.
The gym has a few dumbells, smith machine, pec machine and a leverage. We tried working out once but a kid just sat on the smith machine and wouldn't give it up or the dumbells to the Mrs. We decided to use the vacation down there as a recovery period.
