I was going to ask that question too. Glad you posted?? Seems the bulk of the workouts at TTR are 12 oz curls.........
It's small, few cardio pieces, smith machine, DB's to 50's, and some cable machines... I personally just take the week off of training as Tequila and weight lifting doesn't seem to be a good combo...
Been to TTR 2 times and never workout like I intend to but the gym there is ok for a light workout. Its got a smith machine with free weight some dumbells up to about 60 lbs and treadmills. enough to sweat out the alcohol from the night before.
It's not too bad. It has enough equipment you can get a decent work out if you want. I usually go with the intention of working out more but something about alcohol 18hrs a day that sometimes gets in the way.
Cardio at the start of the day is the BEST way to get rid of the after effects from the night before! Treadmills are gym quality so its decent. Only been to 1 hotel in all my years travelling down south that was better and that was the Great Parnasus.
it may be a good way to get over a hang over !! BUT the best way is to drink alcohol to get over it !! :icon_mrgreen:
